SHIPPING POLICY

At Luxe On Top, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100. For orders below $100, we charge a flat rate of $10. We ship your orders using our trusted delivery partners and you can expect your package to arrive within 2-4 business days. We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
 
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Luxe On Top. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team and we will guide you through the process.
 
Please note that items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items.

Returns are refunded via store credit, 
you will use this credit to purchase your desired size exchange or any other product of your choice, we do not perform refunds for returns.

All Luxe On Top  items must be returned unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached. Any damage items that have signs of wear or do not conform with Luxe On Top’s return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customers expense. 

Products that are returned in accordance with this return policy and pass our quality check credit will be proceeded within 5-7 days after we receive your item package.

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival. If not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. 

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. 

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Luxe On Top is not responsible for any lost/missing returns. You must contact United States Postal Service directly.
